Great Double room in a friendly house Share

Hi room hunters, 

I'm renting this room in a friendly house share close (10min bus ride) to Seven sister underground station (Victoria line). 

This area has excellent transportation links, you can be in Oxford circus within 25 mins and several buses run 24 hours into central London. 

This house is a lovely Victorian style and is kept clean and tidy. Composed of 4 bedrooms, a shared living room, great kitchen dinner with downstairs toilet, bathroom and good size garden. 

The room is bright, fully furnished with comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and plenty of wardrobe space! 

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home. New housemate must be the same. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the house (smoking is only permitted outside)
